Perimenopause and 'The Rage'

Evening all,
A little background. I have been on HRT patches for about 10 months (Sequi). Initially, they worked brilliantly. I felt more like my normal self. Recently though, I am feeling like 'the rage' is starting to come back. Now, I am not normally confrontational or aggressive but even a woman bumping into me in the supermarket nearly sent me over the edge!
I am wondering what it is I am lacking? I have an appointment with the Menopause nurse at the GP surgery next week and I just want to know what I need tweaking. Would it be oestrogen or progesterone or would I even need a little testosterone top up?
I HATE feeling like this. Lack of motivation is another annoyance. The weight gain is unreal too!
Anyway, just wanted to ask in case anybody can help.

Thanks so much x

You possibly need to increase your estrogen. After 10 months you may need more.

What dose are you on now?

Also, HRT isn't the silver bullet. We all need to focus on all the other stuff as well- daily moderate exercise, good food, etc etc.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, al the other stuff in place. Just need to get the HRT back on track. Will give myself an extra pump or 2 and see if that makes a difference :)
