Has anyone taken this as a supplement? I’m not in the menopause but I feel like I’m perimenopause. I found this helped me but I read that it shouldn’t be taken long term? Does anyone know much about this, I’m gutted as it really helped me, I’ve stopped taking it after a year and my hormones feel worse than ever 😓.

My understanding is that the long term safety is unknown because trials tend to look at 3 months or so. There have also veen some negative side affects on the liver and thyroid. I think some long term users cycle on and off it.

I was taking it then stopped because I'd been told something similar. Keen to use it again though, so might give it another try and cycle its use. If I find anything useful out as I dig about for more information I'll try to remember to post it here.

I found it great, very good at reducing stress. I also read that you need to cycle on and off with it so I tend to do that.
