No bleed on sequential HRT and Mira saying pdg at 6/7

Hi there

I’ve been on cyclical (sequential?) HRT for nearly a year after I went on it to regulate heavy periods which it has done beautifully. Up until now. I finished my last utrogestan (14 days) on Thursday and now it’s Wednesday and I still haven’t had a bleed.

I have a Mira thing and it says my PDG is between 4 and 7 repeatedly. I can’t figure out why it’s not lowering.

I’ve also had a kidney stone so wondering if that can affect things?

I did miss a couple of oestrogel doses but not enough to effect things must have been 3 or 4 and my Mira is reading a normal level.

Anyone been through this? My old problem was that my progesterone was at nil.

Thanks to anyone who can advise. I’m such a worrier. I run my own business and my child is severely disabled and I’ve been quite stressed lately, this isn’t helping. 😞

I’ve been on sequential HRT for a few years and in the first year or so, some months I wouldn’t have a bleed. My GP said it it was ok because the progesterone is thinning your womb lining (as it’s meant to do). If it’s only this month I probably wouldn’t worry and just continue as usual.
