Gp appointment in the morning and I am really struggling how to approach. I have 25-30 symptoms mental and physical (including anxiety hence the post)

I've had a single blood test which showed nothing abnormal, yet I'm still a mental and physical shell compared to even 6 months ago. This has been getting increasingly difficult for 5ish years now.

Thinking of taking written list of symptoms with details of when each symptom started and what I have done to try and tackle, ask for this to be recorded in my file and what can be done.

Hrt could be the solution but I have put on 4 1/2 stone blood pressure has been issue in past also depression at certain times of the month and flu like symptoms too with what seem to be lymph node swelling. I have family history of cancer (parent and older, I have no siblings) but the info I have might not give me a complete picture of risk.

Any advice? I'm so fed up, there is no aspect of my life left that isn't being badly affected. I'm 44😔

How did you get on? I would definitely bring your list and read it out. It's really the best way to get across how you are finding things and don't be surprised if you cry as you do. It is bloody overwhelming!
I did this at the start of the year and was fobbed off as within three months of having covid. Went back recently with new symptoms - insomnia, anxiety, night sweats and feeling teary - and had good discussion. Came away with recommendation of herbal night tablets and another natural remedy but to come back within a month for discussion on HRT. The key thing was to get sleep so the tablets have helped - other than last few days leading up to period. I was boiling hot and so restless one night doom mongering...
I have had one other worrying symptom in the last week - losing weight when not trying to - so that will be raised at my next appt. Bit scared about that one...
