Early Peri Menopause. All confirmed via Early Menopause Clinic etc. Still having fairly regular clucles but getting more unpredictable.

Main question: I havent got a repeat prescription. I only have 1 months supply. Do I need another appointment with the GP to get the next month’s prescription. If so, Will that he the case until the 3month review?
I’m getting blood pressure check by GP practice nurse next week.

Started HRT this cycle. 2 pumps Oestrodial every day of cycle, Utrogestan x 2 tablets (total 200mg) for 14 days each cycle.
Started the Oestrodial on first day of cycle. Will start Utrogestan in a few days when I should be near ovulation. Hope that will help
with period / bleeds aligning?

So far feeling fine on it, 10 days in. But conscious I havent started the progesterone side of things which does make me nervous as I didnt get on well with the mini pill.

It depends on your GP tbh. I didn't have any reviews and went straight to three monthly repeat prescriptions. Do you have enconsult? Just drop them a line and ask for medication to be put on repeat.

Thanks for the reply. I think I better just pop by the pharmacy and the surgery to suss it out before the next lot are needed.
I dont have econsult - I have the NHS app through which I can make some routine appointments and find repeat prescriptions but HRT is only on as a one off at the moment.
