Help me talk to GP about perimenopause

As per the title- I have made an appointment to discuss perimenopause symptoms with my GP but I’m not sure how to lead or what to ask for.
Are there specific blood tests I could be asking for?

I’m 41. Symptoms include:
my cycle has got much shorter - used to be 4 & 1/2 weeks, now 3 weeks. My periods have gone nuts - super heavy, non stop flooding. I’ve actually had a Mirena fitted a couple of months ago to hopefully sort this out.
that still leaves the low energy, low mood, sleep disturbance , breast tenderness, increase in joint pain (though I am hyper mobile and I am not new to joint and muscle pain). Vaginal dryness.
to muddle things further I am currently breastfeeding

thanks in advance. And apologies if this should be in General Health rather than Menopause board, I wasn’t sure.

PS my iron is good, and I already take Vitamin D and Vitamin B supplements

First, state your age, condition, menstrual history, body symptoms and changes, and diet and lifestyle practices to gauge your GPs assessment. Then, you can request blood testing.
