I wake up with a headache every single morning.

Definitely feels hormonal.. usually a few hours before I can shift it

Any one else?

I have migraine even before menopause and I occasionally have headaches. My doctor said that it's a common symptom, especially during transition.

Me too!

I'm peri menopausal and the headaches definitely feel hormonal. Just feel exhausted and headachy most of the time now 😔 Like bone tired.

I'm on HRT patches as well so not sure what else would help

Also had the daily headache especially in cold weather.. I was having irregular periods at this time. Since going on sequential HRT and periods stopped, the headaches seem to have stopped.

I should add that going to Dr's (many times) about the headaches led to a high blood pressure diagnosis 😢 but in my opinion, it wasn't my BP causing the headache but maybe worth getting yours checked OP.

Plus are you sleeping OK? Drinking enough water? Under stress?
