Hi coming to the end of my two week loading dose of Estradiol tablet (internal) and been told by GP to use twice or three times a week thereafter. My symptoms of VA have improved slightly I don’t know whether to use three times a week or twice? Can anyone advise which would give better outcome 61 and not on any other hrt meds thanks

Well I use it daily, twice a week was nowhere near as good.

Private gynae consultant told me daily and liberally. So I would go for three times a week.

I have been using it daily since , I had got horribly dry .

I've upped mine from twice a week because of incontinence issues.

I'm 53 and don't really have any issues but I'm very keen to avoid them so I use it about once or twice a week and that's perfect for me.

The amounts are so tiny that you could use it daily if you wanted to and it helped your symptoms
