Crawling sensation in ear..

Anyone else had this? I’ve had TMJ on that side when starting HRT so I had to stop it - the oestrogen made me clench my teeth really badly.

Im approaching ovulation in the next day or so and my ear has felt like something is crawling in it all the time.

Could it be hormonal?

I've no idea but wondering if something may actually have found its way into your ear
