Brain Fog

Hi , I’ve been on HRT for a few years 75mg Everol , I do see a meno Dr and after my last blood test she said there’s room for improvement with increasing the dose to 100
we agreed that I’d stay on 75 as I had a breast lump at the beginning of the year which turned out to be a blocked duct but the breast clinic Dr did say I’ve got scattered cysts in my left breast and she wasn’t surprised as I’m on HRT

However over the last few months my brain fog is so bad I forget words constantly , I’ve heard other women saying the same thing

I don’t know if an increase in estrogen would improve it .
How do you cope with brain fog ? It’s scary I start thinking dementia I’m 56

Testosterone has helped my brain fog.
