Started noticing
Slight bleeding week before AF

Absolutely exhausted
Sometimes achy almost feel like I'm going to wake up tomorrow with a cold
Can't remember peoples names.

Wondering if Peri or something else.

Loads... gingivitis, really sore feet, dry eyes, tinnitus, much more painful periods, brain fog, excess saliva, awful anxiety 😫

I've had these symptoms for about 4 and a half years so I'm not sure it is going to get any better without HRT. If anything, it's getting worse 😬😭

Brain fog
Anxiety (pretty much solved by an Ashwagandha supplement)
Hot flushes (solved by a red clover supplement)
Digestive issues which come and go
I also had really heavy periods for a few years, but now haven't had one for 4 months.

Mine comes in waves. So most of the time I am fine. I have had a few hot flushes nothing major. Mine has been the forever bleeding. Never stops ( being looked into ). Anxiety. Bang it comes out of nowhere.
rage. Oh my the rage. I go to the gym. But am thinking of taking up boxing as I think that may help.

Periods went from 6 weeks in 2022 to barely there to full-on 9 days of recent like a completely different cycle.
Pevic pressure (it was like an alien had moved in, just feel completely pinched)
when you have to listen to doctors saying this can’t be a small fibroid doing this well what is if doesn’t cause blah blah. It is a waiting game once through menopause it will become clear if it was ever a part of a spinal cord injury but I appreciate that could take absolutely years.
Vaginal atrophy in summer, found by a sexual health clinic
Yet told I’m ovulating at 43 in the autumn but I don’t feel like it compared to other decades when younger.
Drinking up but lack of answers and complete frustration at the so called medics.
Mood swings but over the last 12 months all these hormones just pumped into me, how can I trust it.
Sometimes miss read things but I don’t know what to think.
Bowel and bladder issues but again can be put down to ageing in general so very hard to receive answers for certain.

The itchy ears. I may claw them off soon

Mine were less physical and more mental although i was having two periods a month so I was either bleeding or pre menstrual. It was the PMT like symptoms, I was convinced I wanted a divorce and there was a pressure in my head like it would explode, but it wasn't constant. I was overreacting to stupid things, I couldn't get the bathroom mirror clean, it was streaky and the pressure in my head was so bad that I banged my head against the wall. Never had a hot flush though.

My sweat stinks.
My metabolism changed.

Could be anaemia rather than peri.
