So I started my patches today (thanks all for the advice on the other thread) & I'm about 6 hours in & I feel funny AF. Tis day two of my period & I've spent the whole day bleaching my DIL's hair so a 'noisy' day iykwim. A couple of hours ago it's like I crashed & needed to sleep, anxiety went through the roof along with my heart rate. Nose suddenly very very stuffy.
Had a nap but still feel very peculiar.
Is this the effect of the patch?
