Oestregel and Gepretix

I am new to this but have been reading through threads.
Just started on HRT Oestregel 1 pump and 100mg gepretix.
I was told to take both at the same time in the morning.
But have been reading that gepretix can make you tired which is a symptom that caused me to go to the doctors in first place.

Can anyone share what they do please :-)

I’ve just started on these as well. Was told to take Gepretix before bed so have done. Wasn’t given any particular time to take Oestregel.

When I saw this in trending I assumed this was under baby names - apologies 🤣

The Gepretix doesn't make me tired.

I apply the Oestrogel in the morning and take the progesterone tablet in the evening before bed. The progesterone can make you tired/sleepy which is why it is advisable to take in it the evening. You don't have to take both at the same time.
