Utrogestan after food - could it explain this??

I started low dose HRT a couple of months back (100mg Utrogestan alongside out of date Mirena; 1 pump oestrogel). It helped massively with mood and sleep and I was feeling good again, finally. Then a few days ago, anxiety and sleep became big problems again. My boobs are also really sore, although they do this regularly and seemingly randomly and always have done. I also feel sick. Retchy and loose of bowel movement (sorry), although this could be the anxiety.

Anyway, I realised that I have been increasingly careless about taking Utrogestan on an empty stomach. Started taking it, say, an hour after dinner rather than 2. I know this could increase absorption/bioavailability. Is it possible that this could account for the sudden change? I'm back to feeling a bit desperate....
