Sore boobs

Has anyone else noticed sore aching boobs and nipples as pre menopause , just obe boob or something else. Been feeling strange a while

Yes! I’m 46 and get really sore breasts every month these days. This month they have been excruciating for about two weeks and period is late. Wish it would just come so my breasts would stop hurting!! I’m still breastfeeding my youngest too so it’s really, really painful.

Yes, I'm 46 and they were very sore earlier in the year to the point I couldn't be hugged. I went for a bra fitting to see if it would help and it's improved immensely

I do too . I’m looking into having a bra fitting as that could be the issue. And getting checked by the doctor again this week. They don’t seem concerned.
