Hi, my doctor prescribed hrt a couple.of years ago and it made a huge difference though still struggle some days near time of month with mood. However, they said as its about my moods they would put me on continuous hrt to take progesterone 25 days even though I still have periods. When I ask why and if gives any increases risks they never give a clear answer (my doctors arent great and now prefer to answer via message on patches system instead of an appointment). My question I'd, has anyone else been put on continuous for 25 days progesterone instead of cyclical for two weeks like I have of one of main symptoms about mood swings? I ve asked three times now, once the answer was I'm now ok to not even leave a gap for three days 🤔😬

I dont have any gaps and my PMDD has vanished. Not sure if its the HRT or just the general lack of hormones/cycles though.
