If HRT was making your breasts change, would you stop taking it?

Initially HRT made my breasts painful and a bit swollen. Then one became irritated and luckily the timing coincided with a routine mammogram which came back ok. I have dense lumpy breasts as it is and they are definitely more lumpy (apparently it is swollen milk ducts).

It hasn't really settled down. Would it put you off taking HRT? I'm pondering coming off it and I'm not sure I can tell whether the changes are benign or cancerous without constantly going for checks!

I don't know the answer sorry but this is something I was wondering too. Since starting hrt I've got the breasts I had in my 20's. Although they're kind of tender depending on my (madly erratic) cycle

Thanks - yes totally get the cycle changes! I wish my cycle would just hurry up and bugger off!
