Testosterone fed up

I reduced Androfeme to alternate days instead of daily as felt it was a bit much. And bp had raised - coincidence or not… But I’m struggling I feel depleted and a bit inconsistent with my mood / emotions. Anyone else had experience like this?
Androfeme has reduced anxiety but seems to have made me fed up instead!

I have normal testosterone levels for my age (58 - blood test). I use one full pump of testogel every two or three weeks. Works for me - doesn't impact my mood but gives me steady physical energy.

Before the blood test i was using it daily as recommended by a private GP (used the sachets then and used a tiny bit). I did find I got much crosser than normal. I stopped it for 6 months, then had the blood test. I think possibly I was taking too much before. Too much isn't good for you as can cause male pattern baldness apparently.

Hi @Fadedchintz
thanks yes I seem to be more outspoken 😂 and kinda less sympathetic.
I wondered how long the testosterone lasts in my system inbetween applications.
