Hello OP. I haven't experienced bleeding after sex but it's painful for me due to vaginal dryness and the thinning walls of the vagina. I use vaginal moisturizer to lubricate.

Thank you for replying :)

Anyone else?

If you're not keen on vaginal lubricants, it's better to spend more time on foreplay to produce more natural lubricants. Also, a diet with phytoestrogens can manage dryness.

Yes I did for a long time but used a lubricant. I did have a smear around that time and my results were fine. Just cervical erosion. The more I had sex the better it got and I never get it now.

Thanks for replying :) was you all post menopause too?

Yes, I was postnenopausal. It happened every time for a year or so but it's stopped now.

@EveryOtherNameTaken thanks so much. You are very kind for replying to me.

I’m 58 and been bleeding on continuous HRT for 18 months. Have had 2 scans and all ok, am on every available hormone and even had my first Mirena fitted a month ago. I’ve noticed that sex seems to increase the bleeding.
