Constant tickle, sore throat, sneezing and blowing nose?

Is this a sympton? I'm 49 but no other obvioys symptons I.e. hot flushes, insomnia. For the few years I feel as if I have a cold. It comes and goes. I have take antihistamines nearly everyday.

Have a look at the FB group 'the Irish menopause' there's loads of info about peri and histamine intolerance. It seems surging oestrogen pushes up histamine, which can tip susceptible women into histamine intolerance. They do regular webinars about it, I attended one and it was really helpful.
