Bleeding

Hi, trying again to get some information.
I had post menopausal bleeding 18 months ago. Had a polyp removed and benign biopsy .
Fast forward to now- had a very small bleed and sent for ultrasound. Mirena in place but womb thickness is 8.7 . Sent for another hysterospcpy, why would the womb thickness have increased if I mirena ? Last time it was 6.7 mm.
so worried. Anyone have an similar experiences.?

How long has the Mirena been in, are you taking oestrogen?

18 months x yes 50 evorel patch x

My uterine lining increased despite the Mirena being fitted. I still bleed every month, though not much. I also still get cracking cramps.

But I am also on 100mcg of Oestrogen so it wasn't entirely unexpected. I had a D&C biopsy and all was fine.

Are u to oh in menopause? Xxx

@Emma54 yes I'm peri menopausal.

Think that makes a difference as I am in menopause. No periods xx
