Hi, been on hrt for 6 years and gave increased slowly due to symptoms returning. Since February have had 100mg everol patch and 200mg utrogestan each night (stopped the spotting and was told need higher dose due to high patch). Everything was going fine, no spotting and felt fine but 4 weeks ago stated to feel upset for no reason, achy joints especially in bed and terrible breast tenderness. Wondered if anyone else has had similar? Always had everol patches but something doesn't feel right and I don't feel good. Have a Dr appointment but not until 25th so am just trying to get things together to discuss. Thank you
