Help forgot Progesterone!

Ok, forgive my brain but I am fairly sure that I forgot to take my progesterone tablets this month....I started taking them 1st of each month (rather than 1st day of cycle) so that it was easier to remember...just realised that it is 13th and I've definitely not been taking them this month...what do I do?? Take them now or wait until period starts?
I am beyond confused with all this and regretting not having the mirena coil as recommended by the gynae consultant!!

Hi,

I just got banged on progesterone continuously random time of month this July at age 42 and 4 days before removal of coil I’d have for 4 months which was horrifically useless. Sorry.

There was a cross over period where after an extended bleed following coil removal I was graced to have no period for a few weeks now I’m like every 2 weeks but it isn’t oh spot here, spot there unpredictable and I no longer suffer major fibroid pressure that takes over my life or have period pains.

Was sold the coil as treatment of a fibroid but found the actual capsules of progesterone orally taken far better. To me it is literally golden stuff that has kind of been the only thing that ended a 2-year fibroid nightmare. Did miss a dose one time but personally I have an incentive I can’t bare that pressure back, amongst no real answers from the medical. Look into the coil very closely if not using as contraception. It and the progesterone capsules are so very different.
