Hello I'm hoping someone else knows more than me! (I do have a Dr appointment booked but it's a week away).

Had loads of blood results back and everything "normal" except FSH which is 151! Googling seems to suggest even for post menopausal women this is beyond high. I'm 45 and only just started experiencing one symptom of peri, namely irregular cycles.

I don't care if I'm no longer fertile or anything. I'm concerned because Google also talks about high fsh levels and ovarian cancer.

I had my FSH measured at 49 and the figure was 119. My GP said that's to be expected due to my age. He didn't think it was anything unusual so i didn't think anything else about it. I do know what you're thinking though, i looked online and didnt see anything relating to FSH measurements of 100+

Yeah it's all about fertility online. I'm over the moon to no longer be fertile! That's reassuring your doctor wasn't phased though.
