I started Interosa pessaries 16 days ago and I'm having the worst withdrawal bleed I've ever had. It's like a full-on period with flooding and cramps so bad I haven't been able to work for two days. I usually have light to moderate spotting, sometimes nothing and I never have any pain. I'm slightly concerned that this has been caused by the Interosa. It isn't listed on the possible side effects on the leaflet but it wasn't a huge clinical trial for this treatment so it wouldn't necessarily be on there. I'm going to the GP this morning for an internal exam but I thought I would ask whether anyone else had any similar experiences.
