Missed yesterday’s 2 Urtogestan - how shall I make up for it?

I can only get my HRT month-by-month and, somehow this month, I was so busy that I didn’t have a chance to go into the doctor and request a repeat prescription. (I don’t work from home so going there is a faff! Can’t do it online as the system is broken.)

Anyway, I had a few urtogestan left over, but I’ve missed yesterday’s dose and (depending on how responsive the doc is today) I might miss today’s.

How do I make it up? Take three daily until those missed have been used? Or tag on extra days at the end?

I'd just resign yourself to having a bit of a crappy period that might be late or early or grumpy or headachy. If I miss them I usually don't stop at day 28 but carry on a day or so until I start to bleed then realise my body thinks it's day 1.

I'd just carry on and ignore the fact you missed some.

In theory, 10 days is enough and the recent menopause White Paper by the IMS suggests a much lower dose for women who are intolerant (with specialist guidance) so you won't come to any harm.

You may start to bleed early- a day or so after the 3 days you've missed.
