Hi all, I’m looking for suggestions on how to deal with menopause-related fatigue.
I'm taking iron, magnesium etc. but still really struggling with daily fatigue.

Have you taken anything that helped?
TIA

It is a good time to do a lifestyle overhaul, and try and centre some of your own needs.

Make sure you have a good bedtime routine and waking up routine so you are getting the right amount of sleep. Make the most of the light first thing in the morning.

Avoid processed foods and try and get as much of your nutrition from your food as possible - there is a lot of info out there at the moment from the likes of Zoe, Claire Mosely and various nutritionists.

Vitamin D is a good one to take - especially during winter, along with enough K2, magnesium, boron and zinc to top up your diet. Also, iodine (haddock and other white fish, seaweed).

Daily gentle exercise, eg yoga or pilates exercises for 20 minutes or so, and regular walks or exercise class or swimming.

Pace yourself. Make sure you plan in down-time, and don't spend more than a couple of hours on any one task.

Also, holidays 🥳
