Am being referred to GP for a falls assessment. I fell.again today in the garden doing the washing. I've fallen at least 3 times this year and twice last year.
Is this a menopause thing. Am I getting old too quickly? What's going on? Am averagly healthy. Don't drink or use substances. Get enough sleep. On the same meds for at least two years.

See if they can check you out for hyper-mobility in your joints.
You could be unsteady and having these pains due to that rather than anything cardio-vascular or brain related.

I have had lower back problems for most of my life. I've had a bulging disc that was successfully treated with steroid injection, sacro-iliac joint problems, muscle spasms, and muscle/tendon soreness and shortening. Sounds quite a catalogue, but, apart from the bulging disc, I've always been able to get on with life, with the help of physio and various forms of pain relief. But, because pain and stiffness are almost normal for me, I often don't notice that my back has flared up into something else happens: I start falling over. If I find that I keep tripping over nothing, or when I turn around, then I know to check in with my back. The tripping can be caused by foot-drop, when you don't lift your foot properly and your toe drags on the floor. Often it's the first symptom I notice, when I start to stiffen up before I'm even in any pain.
