Peri and other conditions

So, I have pcos and endometriosis. I'm just wondering if this will impact my experience of menopause. I'm 47 and for the first time ever my periods are like clockwork. In my 20s and 30s my cycles would range from 35 days to 75 days. For the last year, they are very rarely outside of 35 days. My last three cycles have all been 31 days.

I'm thinking I'm peri and the 'imbalance' of hormones is actually making my periods more regular.

Also, for the last six months I haven't managed a single nights sleep without waking up quite a few times which is very unlike me. I regularly wake up to an hour before the alarm is due and just lie there unable to go back to sleep. Does this sound like perimenopause?

I also struggle with having any oomph to do anything. Nothing gets my heart racing anymore, life just feels like a big disappointment most of the time.

Anyone the same? I have been having health issues separate to this for a year which has also impacted my mental health so it's hard to know whether it is menopause or not.
