Should I be taking HRT?

I had very few symptoms when menopausal so did not take HRT. I am now in my 60s and post menopausal - however, a dexa bone scan 2 years ago showed that I have osteopenia. I requested HRT and was prescribed Femoston tablets which I have been taking until my prescription wasn't renewed a couple of months ago. I now have a medication review and want to be prepared. Am I on the right type of HRT and should I be taking HRT longterm?
