What is post menopause like?

For those of you who are post menopause and not on HRT, what is it like? Do you still get some symptoms or have they gone now?

I'm not sure exactly. My symptoms would always come and go so it was hard to track them. I'd say a few weeks maybe. I've been taking Menopace for a few months now and recently realised that I am so much better than before.
