I've been having dreadful sleep, waking up at 4 or 5 everyday and too often I've been just getting up at that time and spending the morning desperate to go back to sleep again. Someone recommended magnesium glycinate and I tried a lotion for a bit which helped and now I've moved on to tablets which have worked a treat! I've recently had an official diagnosis of peri-menopause although I've been on HRT for a while. I'm 44. Wanted to share for anyone else who is struggling!
