Small purple dots on shin

Hi this afternoon I noticed these little dots on my shin and I don’t remember knocking myself
it’s not even like a bruise but small dots
Has anyone had this ?

No, I'd probably send that to my GP. Seems strange as it's straight like a vessel - definitely get it checked out ... probably fine but always worth checking
