Hi does anyone know if changing to a different type of patch can cause a bleed ?
Im currently on Everol but at my last prescription collection the chemist only had Estradot
I would prefer Estradot but there has been stock issues so I was reluctant to try it in case it caused problems

Yes any change in HRT can cause a bleed

Thankyou for your reply , I’m gutted about Estradot as the patch is a lot smaller than Everol

Yes but it's usually just a temporary blip. I've switched between Evorel and Estrodot a few times and things often feel a bit off for a few days but soon settle down. Give it a bit more time.
Personally I prefer Estrodot because of the size but I agree the supply issues are off putting.

I found issues when switching from one to the other, not a bleed but a temporary return of some symptoms such as anxiety and tiredness. My main one is estradot but not been able to get it last two times so on estramon atm. Hoping estradot is back in soon. It's so frustrating
