Oestrogel dose - bleeding

I have a Mirena and am post menopausal. No bleeds for over a year. I use 3 pumps of Oestrogel daily. I felt so good I thought I would reduce it to two pumps last week but felt awful so upped it back to three.
I have light bleeding today (after intercourse) - do you think it is likely to be from adjusting the gel? I was also using Androfem which I recently stopped as it wasn't suiting me.

That small reduction in gel is unlikely to cause a bleed especially when you have a Mirena.

You could have a cervical erosion (ectropion) which is not serious (goggle it) but it's best to let your GP take a look.
