Menopause symptoms have started on so I think; I feeling lacking energy, motivation, a bit more anxious, lack of focus. I think it is worsen by SAD as last week it was sunnier and I felt better.

What do I do, what do I take? Is Magnesium Glycinate the solution? Which one should I buy?

I am using the SAD lamp, taking vitamin D, doing yoga, meditation, listening to music for work concentration.

I am 51 my period has gone for 1.5 years

I get the Nutravita magnesium glycinate from Amazon, there are 120 in the bag and it’s light grey at the top, dark grey/black at the bottom. I take 2 every night when I brush my teeth.
For lack of energy I’d get vitamin B complex.
You also need a good bedtime routine, so I go at the same time every night and read a book for a little while. No phone or TV in my room. And my room is tidy and lovely, so it feels restful. I also have a plant in the room to clean the air, and make sure the window is open in the day as much as possible.
