I was given 25mg which I've since discovered is very low. I've been on it for 5 weeks and not noticed any difference whatsoever.

I can't cope feeling like this for another 7 weeks for my review. Do you think the GP would up my dose at this stage or do I have to wait for review?

I'm so utterly fed up. My mood is on the floor. earlier today I actually wished I could get something seriously wrong with me so I could go to hospital for a couple of weeks and have a rest from home life and work. That is seriously messed up. I'm so annoyed with myself. I've never felt low like this in my life and I'm just overwhelmed.

I'm on Evorel Conti 50. I much prefer 75 but can't manage the higher progesterone dose. I also have an estrogen pessary.

Hi @Ayeupduck82

thsnks for asking. I’m now on 75mg patches but still on the 100mg utrogestan. If you’d asked me two weeks ago I’d have said no improvment but this last week/10 days I’ve felt a little bit better. Not getting my hopes up yet but definitely feeling a bit like my old self. I’ve also been doing lots of breathing exercises etc so maybe it’s all helping in its own way.

thanks again for asking, menopause is brutal…

Sounds good. How do you find the utrogestan?

I tried that multiple times due to glowing reviews but couldn't get on with it. Developed face rash, nightmares and insomnia despite being so tired.
