In Peri (confirmed by lots of tests) and after lots of issues with my vulva (dermatitis, dryness etc) Gynae at Early Menopause Clinic advised I start using Ovestin.
Have been applying both internally and externally, daily, for 10 days now.
All going better than expected (thought i might have a dermatitis reaction but seems to be helping), been feeling fine and definitely more ‘lubricated’ but today started bleeding/spotting..
I am mid cycle, should have just ovulated, so definitely not my period.
Spotting listed as a common side effect in first few months.. but just wondered what other people’s experience was.
Going on holiday soon and was very pleased as it looked like I wouldn’t have my period but now wondering if I might be messing with things when it was looking like my cycle would be well aligned..!
