Mirena coil or Oestrogel causing IBS flares?

Does anyone have any experience of this? I've always had occasional flare ups of IBS but since having the coil put in its pretty much constant IBSD which is really getting me down.
I've tried FODMAP, and targeted hypnotherapy to cure it but there seems to be no relation with either food or stress to the flares.
Could it be my HRT prescription?
I was taking progesterone tablets before having the coil inserted but was getting recurring headaches and bacterial vaginal infections so switched to Mirena.
Such a joy this meno lark isn't it? Confused
