Is semi-regular slight bleeding normal?

I’ve not had a proper period since December, but very occasionally I can see a slight bit of blood when I go to the loo.

Its not enough to need a pad or anything.

its happened for the last three months - having had six months of nothing.

I have been like this for years but was on contraception pill, then about 2 months ago had these periods within a few weeks which was completely different from years of very light bleeds..
they said this could also be a sign of perimenopause 🤔
it’s all so confusing but I really knew myself, we know our own bodies 😊

Not how doctors have treated us.

Begged to be taken seriously in late 2022 when periods first went, but not possible.

We didn’t know our bodies then but we do now. Ok.

was told a coil would solve everything 🤷🏻‍♀️

All I heard is we women don’t know anything.
