Still having periods at 55

Hi I’m still having regular periods at 55 along with the usual headaches and other period symptoms.
i have a mirena coil and never stopped having regular bleeds.
Im worried that I should be through the menopause now,not still bleeding and worried if anyone else has been the same.I’ve read quite a bit online and scared myself about potential health risks of late menopause xx

Me too. Although I’m on the copper coil.

I just assumed it was at the later end of normal and might be related to having started late/having children late.
What should I be worrying about? I know there’s an increased risk of breast cancer but I recently had a clear mammogram.

What I’m enjoying, on the other hand, is still looking reasonably youthful.

Me too, just slightly younger.
