PMT but No Period

Just wondering whether anyone has experienced this.

I'm 50 and have had regular periods until this month. This month, I've had no period, but still had my normal PMT symptoms - sore boobs, cramps, etc. The symptoms are just going on and on without resulting in anything.

Does this happen sometimes as your periods are ending? I don't particularly enjoy ongoing PMT!

Periods do change, yes. Some get less, some get more.

I know your cycle changes, but is it common to get PMT symptoms with no periods?

That's my experience 😞

@Whatabanana Oh dear, I was hoping they'd just fade away.

I've kind of got this at the moment, all the period 'symptoms' with no bleeding - now a couple of weeks late after being very regular till a few months ago. I'm 54.

Well, my period's now appeared so I must be moving onto an irregular cycle after decades of being very regular. This menopause business is all fun and games. Grin

I have this at the mo as well! Period pain the last 5 evenings and still no period.

I would appreciate some advice on this as well, I don't want to bother the dr.
I had cramps then nothing, then my period turned up late and it was black. A few normal periods, then this current one, cramps on time, then nothing. Now my belly hurts and it feels like it is trapped inside.

Well, it's not particularly interesting, but now I'm having another period just three weeks after the late one. My cycle has clearly moved into peri madness!😆
