Anyone else had this?

For the past 2 days, I've been feeling hot without feeling hot - as in, I'm sitting at my desk and feeling normal, but my face is flushed and hot to the touch. I also seem to have a heat rash over my back (it's moved to my front this morning, possibly because of the way I sleep). I've not been sweaty, though - which I guess may explain the heat rash?

I've been on HRT for over a year. At first I thought it might be a hot flush but as I said above, it's been continuous for 2 days.

Anyone else had similar?

It’s not a hot flush if it’s been going on for 2 days. Have you taken your temperature or considered a virus?

Have you been near anyone who is contagious with something like measles, or a similar illness?

Yes, I've taken my temperature and it's normal. I've not knowingly been in contact with anyone suffering from any kind of virus. I've wondered about a virus but so far I'm feeling fine apart from my face and the rash (which is sometimes itchy, sometimes not).
