HRT advice

So I have started on my HRT journey with patches and pills. I'm a little confused do I take a break each month from my contraceptive pill (I didn't before) or can I I just keep taking it continuously (as before). Thanks for any advice.

I’m on HRT patched and the mini pill (tablets). Started the HRT a few weeks ago. I take the mini pill continuously throughout the month. I don’t think you can be on HRT with the combined pill (where you have a one week gap in tablets each month).
