Heavy period at 51 after two years without.

Been on the mini pill for nearly three years (desogestrel) so it could be that that stopped the periods rather than the menopause. Yet ive suddenly got one now. Been taking HRT for three and a half months. Elleste Duet. Pissed off I thought i was done.

Still bleeding heavily I have an appointment with a GP about something else on Tuesday so will mention it then.

i have been on hrt for a year or so with no periods (I’m 53) I’m starting week four on mounjaro and have just got my period, quite heavily! Anyone else?
