I can't tolerate utrogestan, but I'm fine with norethisterone in the combined 50 patches. The issue is I need a 75mcg dose of estrogen and there isn’t a combined 75. The GP has prescribed medroxyprogesterone with a 75mcg estrogen patch.
Any thoughts on this. I'm really apprehensive about it.

I've just been prescribed medroxyprogesterons, was looking for the same feedback. Utrogestan giving negative side effects and not preventing bleeds.

I've been on medroxyprogesterone 5mg daily with estraderm 50mcg for 2 years. I seem to remember being a bit grumpy for a few weeks when I first went on it but no issue since.

That's so good to hear, I've not been able to find much about it, utrogestan hadn't worked for me, fingers crossed this does.
