Period fatigue and anxiety emotional wreck...

I am 44 this year, and currently experiencing changes with my mind and body. I assume, that I am peri but because I had the coil fitted again, I never had periods for the last few years until the last few months. I've noticed a bit of bleeding and changes to my hormones around what would be my period. In fact I've spent most with severe fatigue, emotional and just feeling really down. I'm not used to this. In general I'm knackered, suffering with brain fog and anxiety anyway, but now I am experiencing period symptoms such as depression, mood swings and spots plus light bleeding. Before the coil, I had horrendous heavy bleeding and mood swings. It would completely change me, so I'm not sure why the coil isn't helping me now. I have had it for 2 years.

Google the peri menopause symptoms, see how many you tick off, and see if the GP will start HRT. But you may have to wait until 45.
In the mean time take vitamin B complex for energy, and magnesium glycinate for sleep or magnesium L-Threonate for brain fog. You could also look at Lions Mane for brain fog.
Any unusual bleeding should be reported to the GP
