Perimenopause throat problems

Has any one experienced any throat symptoms such as if something stuck in your throat or a mucus 🤷‍♀️

I think so yes but more feelings of swolleness and that I'm going to get ill and then nothing happens.

Is it actual phlegm that you can clear by coughing, etc? If so, it could be a sudden intolerance to certain foods, including dairy. I had the same symptom, and worked out it was bananas causing the issue. Once I cut those from my diet, the awful phlegm problem went away.
