You could try it. May help, may not but sounds like meno symptoms.

Did you mean shabby or stabby?
I relate more to the second.

I saw a private menopause specialist who recommended I try HRT as one would notice changes within 1-2 weeks.

She also said many women are surprised how many weird symptoms clear up they wouldn't have considered linked to hormones.

Both of those things happened for me.

Hi hope this link is still open. I am the same age 52 and really struggling. When getting out of a chair my hips felt like they wee bone on bone. Painful elbow when typing at work or resting in bed. So stiff in the mornings went down the stairs sideways. Have been on HRT and this has stopped the pain. Can I ask where you got the bruising? I have had severe issues with my feet - stress fracture, bruising itching soles stiffness in toes and bones etc can barely walk

Hi, still havent went on hrt , doctor gave me tablets and a steroid injection into my hip. Worked for a couple of week… bruising mostly on my legs and few on arms.. can b massive ones on legs and loads little smaller ones.. doctor says my bloods are fine.. so do u think the hrt helped your joint pain?
thanks

Hi it has helped with the joint pain but only to be replaced with a fractured foot - bloods came back fine but GP thinks menopause and weak bones may have caused this which is why they have put me on HRT and awaiting a bone density scan. I am unsure if the HRT has helped - my anxiety is through the roof but no wounder really with the risk of fractures and feeling so old and decrepit
