Can you use Vagirux with Utrogestan and Evorel Patches?

I am going back to the GP for the fourth time, to see about starting HRT. As I've mentioned anxiety as being one of my symptoms, they are always trying to fob me off with antidepressants. I am completely exhausted due to insomnia and night sweats. Also, I have MS and also suffer with fatigue. Both my MS nurse and OT have written to the GP to say they recommend I start HRT, but they won't prescribe it. I have asked for an appointment to see someone with a special interest in the menopause and they send a link to book an appointment but you don't know who it is going to be with!

Anyway, my question is that I am already using Vagirux and when I booked my appointment, I said I wanted them to prescribe Utrogestan and Evorel patches. Can I use all three together? I want to be fully clued up and not be fobbed off again.

Yes you can I didn’t get on with vagirux at all made no difference to the atrophy made it worse.

Thanks. I didn't know that VA could get worse while using it. I've found that it has made me more comfortable, as I felt like I was starting with thrush all the time. I can't say it has been the miracle they made it out to be though!
